The stone-wool starter cubes that contained basil have profusely withered. As you can see the starter cubes are covered in green and dark black moss. This was the first trial inside the bucket hydroponic system. It's all trial and error with hydroponics. So many counterparts involved when making a healthy grown plant from hydroponics. Some of the different elements to take into account are: air temperature, water temperature, humidity(RH), pH, conductivity(EC), total dissolved solids(TDS), parts-per-million(PPM), and CO2 level. There are also other aspects such as: nutrient change dates, weekly light cycle, and water levels.
